• Share an unboxing video of your parcel highlighting the damage clearly.
• The video must start before opening the package and continue without any cuts until the product is fully visible.
• Kindly send us the video within 12 hours of receiving your parcel.

🚫 No Exchange Based on Preferences

Each piece is curated to perfection, but we do not offer exchanges or returns for reasons like change of mind, personal preference, or minor color differences due to lighting or screen resolution.
